Personalized voice messages are created individually based on the information you provide.
The maximum length is stated on the respective product page.
Delivery usually takes place within the stated timeframe after all required details have been received.
Voice messages are intended for personal and private use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds are not available once production has started.

3. Personalized Video Messages

Personalized video messages are created individually according to your request and delivered digitally.
These videos are intended for personal use only unless a commercial license has been explicitly agreed upon.
Once production has started, refunds are not possible.

4. Product Photos

Product photos are created specifically for your brand or product.
Usage rights are limited to the agreed scope (for example website or social media use).
Redistribution or resale of the images is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
Final delivery format and usage rights are defined individually per project.

5. Talking Videos for Brands

Talking videos for brands are intended for commercial use.
Scope, usage rights, platforms, and duration are defined individually before production begins.
Once production has started, refunds are excluded.
The client is responsible for ensuring that provided scripts or instructions do not violate third-party rights.

6. Online Presence Blueprint

The Online Presence Blueprint is a digital program consisting of pre-recorded content.
Access is provided digitally.
All content is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.
No refunds are available once access has been granted.

7. Subscriptions (Connection)

Subscription services include a defined number of interactions per billing period.
Unused messages do not carry over to the next month.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Responses are provided within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Support / Tips

Support payments are voluntary and non-refundable.
No specific service or product is guaranteed in exchange for a support payment unless explicitly stated.
Support payments are considered digital contributions.

9. Delivery and Communication

All services are delivered digitally.
Communication takes place via email unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information.

10. Liability

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, personal success, or reactions from third parties.
The provider is not responsible for how delivered content is used by the customer.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
